was founded in 1986 with business focusing on the design, assembly and manufacturing of electric motors and components in the aerospace and defense sector.

We specialize on custom-design (ODM) and built-to-print products (OEM) to our customers.

In 2013, we expand our business to the industrial motors market, starting with a joint cooperation with a renowned market leader to develop and manufacture light-weighted and highly efficient fluid pumps and motors.

Our Management Team is made of experiences with technical backgrounds in the fields of mechanical and electrical engineering.

Racing Electric Instrument Co, LTD History Timeline

1986:  Company registered with Taiwan Department of Commerce.  Founded by 6 founders including 4 alumni (including chairman - Jackson Lai) from NCSIST hope of building high quality customized electric motors.  

1992 - 1999: Collaborated with an electric motorcycle manufacturing company to produce electric motors.  This aligned with Taiwan government's environment initiative to reduce carbon footprint.  

2000:  Collaborated with Eaton and Parker to customize and design fluid pump for commercial airplanes. 

2014:  Collaborated with robotic manufacturing company to customize and design electric motors to be used in robotic arms.  

2022:  Engaging into the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle market.
